Coda is an all in one web development tool from Panic. It is a very complete tool that features a built in FTP client, reference book, editor, and terminal. This application has a real Mac feel to it. It is not free but definitely worth the investment.

Stanza - eReader

Stanza is an application that you may already know from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch. This is the eReader for your Mac that lets you open various different formats including Epub. Happy ereading!

Blogo - Blogging

Blogo is another application to easily publish text, images, videos, slideshows and more. The app has a simple, intuitive interface and support for Wordpress, Blogger, Typepad, Typo, Drupal, Joomla, and Expression Engine. It will allow you to maintain your blog and spread the word with Twitter, Ping.fm and other supported services.

MarsEdit - Blogging

MarsEdit is on of the best best blog editor applications for the Mac. Compatible with many different blogging systems, WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, for example. Amongst many other functions it allows you to have custom markups, perfect for custom CSS styles. It also has a great tool for adding Technorati tags.

X-lite - Softphone VOIP

X-lite is a VoIP soft phone that uses the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). In order to use the client you need set up an account with providers such as Voipbuster.

Winebottler - Windows on Mac

Winebottler is an application that allows you to run windows applications on your Mac. The first question is why would you want to do that? But then again there are instances when this is handy. The installation of programs may take some time, so be patient. For programs to work I recommend you to follow the "how to" steps.

CloudApp is a completely free, extremely easy to use, and very useful application for anyone looking for a better way to share files.

Watts - System maintenance

Watts is a great application that functions as a calibration tool for your Mac battery. Use this tool to extend the battery life of your Mac.

Caffeine - System

Caffeine is a tiny application that puts an icon in the right side of your menu bar. Click it to prevent your Mac from automatically going to sleep, dimming the screen or starting screen savers. Click it again to go back. Hold down the Command key while clicking to show the menu.

Anxiety is an application that provides a streamlined, easily accessible interface to add and check off your tasks, while remaining poised to melt into the background at a moments notice.

Liquid Mac - Fun

LiquidMac - Fun little app to mimic the behavior of liquid by creating a particle system that reacts to the computer's orientation. This app uses the motion sensor in your mac. Have fun playing around.

Dropbox - Storage

Dropbox is an excellent application that lets you easily share files on multiple computers or with friends. You get 2 gigas of free space and can earn op to 8 more by inviting others. Paid accounts available up to 100 GB.

AppFresh - Utility

AppFreshis a great application that keeps all of your Mac applications up-to-date and most important of all automatically. Still in beta, but so necessary.

Tofu - Reader

Tofu makes reading on your computer a whole new experience and much more like reading a book. Drag or paste text into Tofu and it arranges everything in classy columns that scroll side to side (not up and down). This is ergonomic reading on your Mac.

xPad - Word processing

xPad is an excellent application that serves great as a word processorFor most writing a word processor. Your notes sit in a sidebar and save automatically when you quit. Way better than stickies or TextEdit.

SpamSieve - Email

SpamSieve is an application for anybody who uses Mail for Mac. After a few days of training, SpamSieve will obliterate junk mail and leave good emails untouched. The app is free for the first 30 days, then worth every penny.
